I love leftovers.  Today’s snack was one of the last cupcakes from the bridal shower:

I forgot to take a picture of it before I cut into it.  Oops.  🙂  (Don’t worry, the ring you see on the plate is a plastic one that was stuck in the frosting).

After writing some thank you notes from the shower, I threw a salad together and heated up some leftover spaghetti with nutritional yeast.  It was just as good as the first day.  I forgot to take a picture though.  Double oops.

Nothing too exciting happened today.  Work was the usual, ran to Target, and came home to an empty place for the second day in a row (read: bummer).  Tomorrow is ballet night which I’m excited for, but also a little bummed because it means the third night in a row we won’t be eating dinner together.  Just one of those weeks I guess.
