One of our new favorites things is mixing some nutritional yeast into spaghetti sauce. Since we’ve gone more pescatarian in our eating, we needed to find a way to make spaghetti more hefty and more protein-packed. Enter nutritional yeast. It really does make the spaghetti more filling and also gives it a more cheesy flavor. It’s actually REALLY good! And, it’s super fast and inexpensive.
I failed, of course, at taking pictures of the spaghetti tonight. But, just imagine spaghetti. 🙂
As usual, we had a nice salad with the spaghetti using a few basic veggies and an organic sun dried tomato dressing from Costco.
Now, I’m trying to enjoy the last bit of Sunday night before another crazy week. The next 12 days or so are going to be jam-packed and non stop!
