Tonight was ballet night.  As usual, the teacher kicked my butt.  But she kicked in that really good way.  You know, when you’re tired and fatigued and dripping sweat but it feels SO GOOD.

I wore my pointe shoes for barre.  I haven’t worn pointe shoes since January I think, but it didn’t seem weird!  It was lovely actually – wearing pointe shoes always makes me feel like a true dancer.

I’m crossing my fingers I’ll be able to take more than once a week sometime soon.  But that all depends on the finances.  Ballet isn’t cheap!  I feel so grateful to my parents for providing me the opportunity for 20 years.  🙂
